Several of us met at Buffalo Alice on Friday evening for a few drinks.

On Saturday the "really cool people" had a picnic at Riverside Park.  Great turnout.

On Saturday evening we had a delicious Mexican food and frozen Margaritas at Ruth's Fiesta Bar & Grill.

The food was good, the company was great, and we all had fun.  Our class celebrity, Lori Petty was there!  She posed for photos and signed many autographs.  Also present was one of our favorite teachers, Mr. Rasmussen, who taught science at Hoover Jr. High and North High.

We then walked around the corner to Rhonda's and listened to some live music for a couple hours.

Some of the highlights? Let's see, Sara Coleman has won the 2003 National Milken Award, for teaching Chemistry at Norwalk High School, Kansas.  Karen Hutmacher Johnson still has the husband with the most hair (way to go Guy!)  Julie Hansel has the youngest baby (1 year).  Linda Byrnes has the oldest child (Mandy is 25).  Greg Shimoneck & wife Marian have triplets that are almost 2.  Melanie was the only Grandma present, her grandson is 9 months old.  Jimmy Birkes and his band have released 2 music CDs which I hear are quite good.  Anyone have Jim's e-mail?  How do I buy a CD?
